How to remove a white background
- Upload an image that has a plain, solid-colour background - a logo on white, a signature on paper, a product on a studio backdrop or a green-screen shot.
- Pick the background colour: use a preset (White, Black, Green Screen, Studio Grey) or click “Pick from Image” and click on the background.
- Adjust the tolerance. Raise it if patches of background remain; lower it if parts of your subject start disappearing.
- Turn on edge smoothing to soften jagged outlines, then check the result on the transparent checkerboard preview.

Tips for a clean result
Start with the highest-resolution version of the image you have. If a thin halo remains around the subject, nudge the tolerance up a few points and increase smoothing. If your logo itself contains white (for example white text inside a shape), keep tolerance low so those areas are not removed too.
